Product search in the ERP
7 million IT products from 300+ distributors searchable directly in Odoo — full text, EAN, SKU, ITscope PUID. Hits land in the quote with one click.
Prices & stock in real time
Single lookups or bulk update via API (Mate iT exclusive). Price comparison also for older quotes (Mate iT exclusive). Custom sales-price calculation in Odoo (Mate iT exclusive).
Product creation with mapping
Master data lands fully in Odoo: long description, short description, datasheet URL, default image, categories. Custom product names on creation (Mate iT exclusive). Manufacturer, supplier, and category mapping configurable.
AI enrichment of master data
Connector highlight: AI-based product categorization — new products automatically land in the right Odoo category. Title optimization from raw manufacturer designations. Description optimization for sales and SEO. Each AI call consumes tokens (25,000 included).
Quote creation integrated
ITscope products inserted directly into Odoo quotes — including accessories. Custom margin per item or per quote. Configurable special prices and project conditions.
Order process fully automated
Orders from Odoo directly to ITscope. Automatic document return: order confirmation, delivery note, shipping notice with tracking, pro forma invoice. Project orders supported.
Master data maintenance
Per-click update per product or scheduled full import (daily/nightly). Prices, stock levels, and datasheet links stay current automatically — without anyone checking.

25,000 tokens included in the package. Tokens are consumed by the connector's AI functions — automatic categorization, title optimization, and description optimization. Specific conditions are discussed in the initial consultation — depending on volume, number of tenants, and the Mate iT-exclusive features required.

- Active Odoo installation: version 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, or 19 (cloud, Odoo SH, or self-hosted).
- ITscope account with ERP integration enabled.
- Defined Mate iT contact for mapping (manufacturers, suppliers, categories). Setup typically 1–2 days.
