FAQ
Frequent questions.
What prospects typically ask about Cloud Telephony — answered from 400+ projects.
Do we need new phone hardware? +
No, you don't have to. Cloud telephony works via computer (headset), mobile (app), or classic desk phone (IP-capable). If your old phones are not IP-capable, we advise on cost-effective replacement or pure software solutions.
Will our old phone number stay? +
Yes. Your existing numbers are ported (transferred), the new provider does that for you. You keep your number, the change happens in a defined window (typically one to two hours of downtime, often at night).
What about voice quality? +
With a good internet connection (typically 100 Mbit/s symmetric or fiber), voice quality is equal to or better than classic telephony. We check your internet connection before the switch — if needed we recommend optimizations.
How does this integrate with our CRM? +
Directly. When a customer calls, the number is automatically searched in the CRM — on a hit, their record opens. Notes can be entered directly during the call. After the call, everything is documented.
What does it cost in operation? +
Cloud telephony typically starts at 8–15 euros per user per month — depending on features and call volume. Savings compared to a classic PBX often pay off after 12–18 months.
