Do we have to commit to a fixed number of hours? +

No. We offer different models: hourly (for sporadic cases), monthly service package (with defined response time), or all-in contract (with a flat price per employee). In the discovery conversation we find what fits your needs.

Can you also supply our hardware? +

Yes. We buy laptops, printers, network components at wholesale prices and deliver directly to you. Advantage: uniform models, documented configuration, less maintenance effort.

How quickly are you reachable when problems occur? +

In the standard contract: within one business day. In the extended service package: within four hours. For critical incidents (server down, internet out) also outside business hours — depending on the chosen SLA.
