What is an AI agent really? +
An AI agent is a software helper that takes on a concrete task — for example, reading invoices or sorting emails. Unlike a chatbot that only answers, an agent can also act: write data into your systems, send emails, create tasks. You stay in control.
Do we need special hardware? +
No. AI agents run in the cloud and are integrated into your existing software (CRM, ERP, helpdesk, mail). You don't need a separate system for them.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong? +
We build agents by default with a confirmation step — the AI suggests, a human approves. Once you have confidence, this step can be removed for routine cases. You decide where human and machine share the work.
Where is AI really worth it today? +
