Which accounting software do you support? +
DATEV (Pro/Connect), Lexware (Office, Premium, FiBu), sevDesk, Zoho Books, Odoo Accounting, sage, Buchhaltungsbutler. If you have something else — ask. In most cases there is an interface, or we build one.
Do we need to switch tax advisors? +
No. On the contrary — your tax advisor will love clean data handover. DATEV-Pro format, SKR03 or SKR04, with document images. Many tax advisors even offer a discount for this because they have significantly less rework.
What does the integration cost? +
Setup of a standard integration (e.g. weclapp ↔ DATEV or Shopify ↔ Lexware) typically runs 3,000–8,000 euros depending on complexity. Custom integrations with special logic (cost centers, posting rules, special clients) are individual — we estimate effort in the blueprint, no blind flat rate.
What happens to our old documents? +
We migrate on request — cleanly structured, with posting date, account, and document image. But often it makes sense to define a cutoff date: everything before stays in the old system (archive access), everything after runs in the new setup. Saves migration effort and the tax advisor doesn't have a mix.
Does this also work with our CRM or shop? +
Yes. Typical connections: Shopify → Lexware/sevDesk, weclapp → DATEV, Zoho CRM → Zoho Books, HubSpot → Lexware/DATEV. For rare CRM systems we check the API and build a connector if not standard.
What about data privacy? +
All providers we recommend are GDPR-compliant and mostly German or EU-hosted (DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk: Germany; Zoho Books, Odoo: EU region). Data flows are documented, Data Processing Agreements are prepared by us.
